Lesley Russell is an educational reformer, innovator, speaker, advocate for children, and visionary. Starting out her career in corporate America after college, she left to get her Master’s in Secondary Education and has homeschooled for over twenty years and was a youth leader for over 16 years. She is the founder of the K-12 Alternative Education Program, Movement, and Community called EQUIP 210, formerly known as Independent Learning Academy, and founder of Next Generations Ministries. She has a weekly podcast called Reinventing Education with Leaders and Visionaries. She is blessed to be married to her husband, Joe, for over 30 years and have four amazing and beautiful children in their teen and twenties who love Jesus and who are walking in their identity and calling in Christ.
