Lesley Russell is a pioneering voice in education reform and the founder of EQUIP 210, a K–12 alternative education movement designed to raise up the next generation of Kingdom leaders. With more than two decades of homeschooling experience and a deep background in youth leadership, Lesley has reimagined education through a Christ-centered, identity-based lens. She is also the founder of Revelate Learning, a global initiative equipping teachers and administrators with training, mentorship, and resources to shift from conventional instruction to transformational, Spirit-led pedagogy. Her work bridges innovation, discipleship, and academic excellence—inviting educators worldwide to align learning with the wisdom of the Creator. Lesley is pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership at Kairos Pacific University and is the author of the forthcoming book, Revelations from God in Education: Learning Through the Lens of the Creator (Fall 2025). Through EQUIP 210, Revelate Learning, and Next Generations Ministries, she is advancing a global movement to rebuild education on a foundation of truth, purpose, and Kingdom impact.
