Masada​,​ Incorporated was established by Isabelle Jones​,​ the Founder​,​ CEO​,​ and principal​,​ who has dedicated her career to creating high-quality​,​ character-driven education for children​,​ particularly those from marginalized backgrounds. A lifelong educator​,​ Mrs. Jones has served as a teacher and school leader within Gwinnett County Public Schools​,​ where she observed the persistent need for effective educational solutions among underprivileged local children. Through her extensive experience​,​ Mrs. Jones recognized that while there are several commendable educational options available in the area​,​ none fully address the critical need for developing strong character and personal integrity in students. This realization led to the founding of Masada Prep​,​ a school committed to providing not only exceptional academic education but also an enriching experience that fosters character development. Masada aims to empower underprivileged children to lead fulfilling lives and make meaningful contributions to their communities.
