Hello, I'm George Dixon Academy.
At George Dixon, we are determined, we respect each other, we encourage one another, we accept the new, we all matter - together, we dream. We understand our role as being essential for social justice and aim to provide a curriculum and school environment that enables all pupils to be the best version of themselves within and beyond George Dixon School. Our school development priorities identify areas for growth to support the implementation of our vision. There are 5 key foci, each with specific actions and indicators of effective performance. The foci for the academic year 2024-25 include: the quality of education, behaviour and attitudes, personal development, leadership and management, and sixth-form provision.
