Estefania is a seasoned educator with nearly 10 years of experience fostering positive and inclusive learning environments that students can thrive in. Estefania developed a knack for nurturing young minds as an elementary teacher for the Clark County School School District (CCSD). Her leadership skills and tailored approach to education were strengthened as a Literary Specialist at Coral Academy and even more so when promoted to an Assistant Principal role. Through her unwavering dedication and eagerness for collaboration​,​ Estefania has a proven track record in implementing school-wide strategies​,​ creating effective curriculum​,​ and meeting the needs of students and fellow teachers. Following the birth of her son​,​ Estefania shifted her focus from the public-school setting to homeschooling and community-based education. She founded EnlivenED to strengthen those connections and offers in-person​,​ small group classes in Henderson​,​ NV.
